Before you write
- A translation looks wrong. Tap the balloon in the reader to see the original and fix the wording; if a whole page came out empty, send us that page.
- The extension did nothing on a site. Send the URL. Some readers draw pages into a canvas or block hotlinking, and each of those needs its own handling.
- A purchase did not appear. Include the email you paid with. Web purchases and App Store purchases are separate balances and we can look up either.
