• Cancel in two clicks from Settings → Credits. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for — nothing is cut off early
• Fair use is printed on the card: 1,500 pages per rolling 30 days. Normal reading is nowhere near it, and going past it falls back to any page credits you have rather than stopping you mid-chapter

A page now costs a page

Web and extension translation used to be charged once per browser tab. A chapter is one tab with dozens of images, so a whole chapter cost a single credit. Charging now keys on the image itself. Translating the same image twice is still charged once.

Page packs are retired on the web

The web sells one thing now. Credits you already bought are untouched, never expire, and still spend — they are used whenever a subscription is inactive or past its fair-use ceiling.

The iPhone and iPad app is unchanged: no subscription there, just page packs and the one-time offline buy-out.

Sumi runs on iPhone and iPad, and installs on Apple Silicon Macs from the Mac App Store — the same reader, with menu bar shortcuts and drag-and-drop. On Mac, translation runs via the cloud.
